2) Even if the whole jackass crew gives themselves a pardon from domestic charges of War Crimes, it wouldn't make a bit of difference in the international criminal court. That being said, I think we've still got a substantial expanse to fall (indluence wise) before Europe feels safe hauling is to the shed for a whipping on account of that.
